About Hadley Faught

Born and raised in Fallon, Nevada, Hadley Faught has deep roots in the community he proudly serves. After graduating from Churchill County High School in 2011, Hadley went on to serve a two-year mission in Chile for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, where he developed a strong work ethic, a love for people, and fluency in Spanish.

 

After his mission, Hadley met his wife, Shannon, while attending BYU. The couple began their careers in the mortgage industry in Utah, but Hadley quickly felt the pull to return to his hometown and become an NAR member. In 2018, he joined Berney Realty and hit the ground running. By 2019, he was recognized as Rookie of the Year by Sierra Nevada REALTORS®.

 

Since then, Hadley has consistently ranked in the top 1% of agents across Northern Nevada, known for his authenticity, real estate knowledge, and results-driven approach. In 2021, he made the move to eXp Realty—a leading nationwide cloud-based brokerage—allowing him to grow his network and bring cutting-edge strategies back to his Fallon clients.

 

In March 2022, Hadley founded the Faught Group and opened a brick-and-mortar office on the corner of Williams Avenue and Allen Road in Fallon. Today, he remains one of Fallon’s top-producing agents, selling over 60 homes per year. As he continues building the Faught Group brand, Hadley is focused not only on achieving exceptional results but also on creating meaningful opportunities for others.

 

Hadley is also a real estate investor himself, now owning three 4-plexes and 4 single-family homes; he knows how to help others build wealth through real estate.
